Why do you have a minimum holiday lighting package?
Our minimum ensures we can deliver the same high-quality, safe, and complete service every client deserves. It allows us to use professional-grade materials, trained crews, and proper safety equipment while providing the full value of our service — design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage.
Why is the pricing the same for years 2 and 3 when I already paid for the lights?
Our holiday lighting packages are a full-service lease, which means the lights are included in your package but remain our property. Each year’s price covers:
– Professional installation & removal by trained, insured crews
– All maintenance & repairs throughout the season
– Climate-controlled storage in the off-season
– Design adjustments as needed
Because this is an all-inclusive service, your annual rate stays the same — you’re not just renting lights, you’re getting a hassle-free holiday experience from start to finish.
Are the lights mine to keep at the end of the contract?
No. The lights are part of our leasing program and remain our property at the end of the contract. This ensures we can maintain, store, and refresh them each year so they’re always in perfect condition for your display.
Why can't you use my lights?
We use only our own commercial-grade lighting to ensure safety, reliability, and a flawless design. Using our lights means they’ve been tested, are compatible with our systems, and can be fully maintained by our team. If something goes wrong, we can fix it quickly at no extra cost — something we can’t guarantee with customer-provided lights.
What if I want to use real greenery – will you hange that for me?
Yes! If you provide the greenery, we’re happy to install it for you. We don’t supply fresh greenery ourselves, and it’s typically not available until after Thanksgiving. This means we’ll need to schedule a return visit for installation, which will include an additional installation fee. Because real greenery requires extra labor and planning, we do need to know at the time of your estimate so we can ensure the right crew and resources are scheduled. Real greenery is also heavier and has a shorter lifespan, so we’ll recommend placement that keeps it secure and looking fresh for as long as possible.
What if I want to add lighting displays – can you order those and install them?
Yes, in most cases! If you’d like to add new displays, someone from our sales team will connect with you to discuss your vision, budget, and available options. We’ll make sure the displays fit seamlessly with your existing design, order them for you, and schedule installation so everything is ready to shine for the season.
